Leading supplier of Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom products supplying merchants and retailers in the West of the UK

PACKAGE: Basic salary plus bonus giving an OTE between £35,000 and £45,000 and company car, pension, mobile phone, laptop, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Job Description: Retail Business Manager - The main focus of this role is promoting our clients fantastic range of kitchens with a lesser focus on the bathroom and bedroom products to the retail and merchant showrooms in the West Midlands area. The role will require the successful candidate to support the existing sales team and national account manager by dealing with both new and exist accounts with the view of gaining new business as well as cross selling on products to existing customers.

AREA: Covering West Midlands, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire.

PERSON: Candidates must have experience selling kitchens and ideally in an external sales role however good candidates wanting their first step in to field sales will be considered. To be consider for this role you must be driven, structured as well have a proven track record of growing accounts and gaining new business.
