Basic salary of £45k plus 30% Bonus plus company car, mobile, laptop, tablet, pension and additional company benefits.

COMPANY: A major player in the revolving doors and access control market offering a fantastic opportunity with personal and development training and career progression.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Tasked with selling a range of high quality security access and security entrance systems to main & sub contractors, fit-out contractors, architects and end users (Hotels, retail, offices etc). The role is focused on generating specification of the product range and tracking the project through to completion, this will include defending and breaking specification on current projects and competitor products. The role is split between 60% account management and 40% new business, building a pipeline and relationships with commercial end users across the territory.

LOCATION: South West & West Midlands - Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, South Wales, West Midlands, North Somerset and West Midlands

CANDIDATE: A highly motivated and structured individual with an understanding of structural building products and an exposure to project management or cradle to grave specification roles. Product knowledge of access control would be beneficial however not required, an exposure to product sectors including cladding, facades, lifts, curtain walling, security and related would be considered. Above all a high level of commercial acumen and proactive sales ability is key to the role.
