Manufacturer of interior products targeting the housebuilder market including new build and refurbishments as well as student accommodation

PACKAGE: On offer if a basic salary of up to £42,000 plus up to 25% bonus and other company benefits including fully expensed car, pension, healthcare, mobile phone and laptop.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Residential Business Development Manager: This role has become live due to growth within the team and is focused on driving business through the residential market targeting housebuilders, developers, social housing and student accommodation on both new build and refurbishments. The role is about 70% account management and the rest new business covering a wide portfolio in the flooring market including wood, vinyl and carpets. There are great opportunities for career development.

LOCATION: Field based role covering South West, South Central and M4 corridor - covering South Wales, Gloucestershire, North Somerset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey East Sussex and West Sussex

CANDIDATE: We are seeking a high calibre individual who has experience working in a field sales role targeting the residential sector either housebuilders / developers or social housing bodies. You should ideally have sold an interior product and be ultra professional, polished and driven and be a great communicator and relationship builder.
