Market Leading Manufacturer of High performance Aluminium Windows and Bi-Folding Doors

Package: up to £26k plus excellent £45k - £50k OTE (uncapped) Company Car, Pension, Iphone, 25 days holiday and Bank holidays.

Employer: Our client are a market leading manufacturer within the fenestration market place. They have a fantastic reputation and are massively increasing market share. This growth has seen new branches open within the region. They manufacturer and install a range of high performance, energy efficient, bespoke windows, doors, conservatories and rooflights.

Job Description: This showroom sales role will focus on driving sales of our clients bespoke range of high performance products to both general public and trade. The main focus on this role will be to react to incoming enquiries coming into the branch either by telephone or face to face in the showroom. As well as selling to general public, this person will offer sound solutions, technical advice and product demonstrations to customers including Architects, Specifiers, Local Housebuilders and Developers. After delivering a quotation, this person would be responsible for following up on these quotations, up-selling additional products when necessary and following the project through to completion. This role works closely with the showroom manager and other internal sales people. The products are also cosmetically pleasing so this person will need to influence the end user through offering design advice.

Area: This is a showroom based role so will need to live within a commutable distance of Romford. This could include Romford, Brentwood, Ilford, Dagenham, Grays, Billericay, Chigwell, Barking, Warley, Basildon, Upminster, Hornchurch, Rush Green or Noak Hill to name a few

Person: This role would suit a graduate candidate looking to work for a great company in the market place. You could be in a customer facing internal sales role either from a builders merchant, wholesaler or distributor however someone who has experience working in a retail showroom will have relevant and transferable sales skills so are of particular interest. This person should have a good level of education and be capable of presenting a product comfortably to people at all levels, should be able to understand floorplans and who can positive influence and negotiate with the key decision makers.
