BLUE CHIP COMPANY WITHIN THE BUILDING PRODUCTS SECTOR TARGETING ARCHITECTS, CONTRACTORS AND DISTRIBUTORS

PACKAGE: Up to £45,000 plus up to 20% bonus, car and excellent holiday entitlement

EMPLOYER: Our client are a Global market leader and innovative manufacturer within the building materials sector and an internationally recognised brand.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Project Specification Sales Manager: You will be tasked with generating and tracking specification of our clients leading range of technical interior products, proactively targeting architects, contractors and end users. You will be working with the commercial sales team and internal sales support team in maximising sales.

LOCATION: Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire West Midlands, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire

CANDIDATE: We are looking for an exceptional calibre specification sales professional with experience dealing with architect or main contractor in a project led sales role. We are seeking an intelligent, dynamic and professional individual with a proven track record in securing specification. Our client is open in terms of product background, but ideally products of a more technical nature including roofing, cladding, façades, ceilings, insulation, drywall or technical interiors. Confidence and ability to engage in conversation, conduct demonstrations direct with contractors, present CPD's and be highly motivated are all key for this position.
