Long established UK manufacturer of sustainable Building and Roofing Products supplying National Merchants, Independent Merchants, Distributors, Contractors and Housebuilders. The company have heavily invested in a newt UK manufacturing facility enabling them to satisfy demand and continuously bring new products to the market. They enjoy an excellent reputation and are renowned for first class customer service.

PACKAGE: To £45k basic plus bonus up to 25% of salary. Fully expensed Electric car, pension scheme, 25 days holiday.

COMPANY: Long established UK manufacturer of sustainable Construction and Roofing Products. They offer a comprehensive range of sustainable products sold through National and Independent Builders Merchants, Roofing Merchants and Specialist Distributors. They have heavily invested in new UK manufacturing facilities enabling them to keep up with demand alongside continually being able to launch new products to the market.

THE JOB: You will be responsible for the effective day to day management and sales development of the customers on the territory. Managing the key stockist accounts within national and independent Builders Merchants, Roofing Merchants and Specialist Distributors. Identify and develop effective relationships with builders, contractors and housing developers in order to support the stockist base.

AREA: This is a field sales role covering London and the South East of England – Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Middlesex, London.

PERSON: My client seeks an experienced professional sales person with knowledge of construction or roofing products. You will have sold to the Builders Merchant or Roofing Merchant sector before and be able to demonstrate an effective territory management strategy together with the ability to build customer relationships. Naturally self motivated, good business acumen with strong negotiation and account management skills.
