Job – Area Sales Manager – Glazing & Facades to Specification and System Manufacturers

Exciting opportunity in project sales gaining solution specifications and working closely with system manufacturers in the Curtain Walling, Facades and office partitioning sectors. Working on some of the South East’s most exciting commercial projects you will manage key relationships with Architects, Engineers, Main Contractors, Special Sub Contractors and some true industry giant system manufacturers.

PACKAGE: To c£60k basic plus bonus scheme, quality car (soon to be a hybrid/electric car policy) contributory pension scheme, healthcare, share option scheme, 25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays.

COMPANY: My client are a renowned producer of structural glass and specialist glazing systems. At the forefront of modern technology they work in partnership with many of the world leading system manufacturers supplying some of the most prestigious construction and building projects in both the UK and throughout the world. Be it Facades, curtain walling, partitioning, flooring, doors or windows – they have a system and a solution to suit the most architecturally ambitious project.

THE JOB: As Area Sales Manager you will be project focussed – Developing solution based specifications with Architects, Engineers, Designers etc and then working hand in hand with the system manufacturers to manage the project through to installation. You will need to manage key relationships not only with the specifier but also with the key system partners and contractors/installers.

AREA; This is a field sales role focussing on London, the South East of England and East Anglia

PERSON: My client requires an experienced construction industry sales person. You will need to demonstrate a successful track record in specification and solution project based sales combined with strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage a diverse and sometimes complex customer base. Your ability to work harmoniously with the System Manufacturer partners will be key.
