Leading supplier of kitchens, kitchen components and accessories to the trade – sold via multiple sales channels including Kitchen Retailers, manufacturers and installers. You will work closely with trading partners from various customer segments to develop strong long standing relationships to maximise business opportunities and revenue.
PACKAGE: £40k – £45k basic plus generous uncapped commission and bonuses giving potential additional ote of £20k plus, Hybrid car & excellent personal benefits.
COMPANY: My client are a well known, well respected and long established manufacturer and supplier of Kitchens, Kitchen Components and allied accessories. They are renowned for innovation, continuous new product development and exceptional customer service. They aim to partner their customers – building strong relationships and working closely to increase customer revenue.
THE JOB: You will manage a diverse customer base including kitchen retailers, manufacturers and installers. Working closely to advise and influence customers at a senior level whilst adapting to market trends and capitalising on business opportunities. You will take a strategic approach to partnering with customers in order to maximise their own sales in an ever changing market.
AREA: This is a field sales role covering Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.
PERSON: My client seeks an experienced sales professional with an in depth knowledge of the KBB sector. A natural relationship builder with first class communication, presentation and negotiation skills together with an eye for detail. You will enjoy a collaborative approach to your customers and be able to offer outstanding service at all times.
