Job – Area Sales Manager – Premium KBB Manufacturer selling to Housebuilders – to £50k basic + comm

Area Sales Manager role for an established manufacturer of premium KBB products supplied to the Contracts market. Managing existing customer relationships alongside new business development with regional house builders and developers across the East Midlands.

PACKAGE: c£50k basic plus generous commission/bonus scheme giving realistic ote of £70k. Quality company car or car allowance, contributory pension scheme.

COMPANY: My client are a highly regarded and fast growing UK manufacturer of premium KBB products supplying both the Retail and Contract sectors. They produce beautifully designed and quality built products for the “quality” end of the market.

THE JOB; Working on the Contracts team you will focus on high quality house builders and developers. Managing and developing existing accounts and relationships alongside identifying new business opportunities and developing new relationships. You will target premium end regional developers where quality really matters.

AREA: This is a sales territory covering the East Midlands – typically Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire.

THE PERSON: My client requires a well organised, highly driven and self motivated individual who have experience of selling premium products to house builders and developers. You will need to demonstrate a consultative approach together with the ability to develop new business alongside managing and developing existing accounts.
