Long established and innovative manufacturer of fitted kitchens, furniture, bathrooms and bedroom products. Business Development Manager targeting new business within social housing and local authorities.
THE PACKAGE: Up to £50k basic plus bonus as well as company car or car allowance, phone, laptop and holiday entitlement.
THE COMPANY: A leading Brand within the Fitted Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom industry who continue to experience year on year growth.
THE JOB: Business Development Manager – This is a new role joining an exiting team of account managers in a new business focussed role. Selling their range of fitted furniture solutions including kitchens, accommodation furniture, shower panels, vanity units and wardrobes. Targeting Social Housing, Local Authority, Affordable Housing, Student Accommodation, MOD, PRS, Private markets for both new build and refurb which will require dealing with consultants, contractors and developers. There will be some account management but a new business focussed role reporting directly to the Sales Director.
THE LOCATION: Covering Scotland and the North East including: Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, Durham, Cleveland and Scotland. Predominantly Scotland focussed.
THE CANDIDATE: This person will need to have experience selling into Social Housing, Local Authority, Affordable Housing, Student Accommodation, MOD, PRS, Private Development markets . KBB product background maybe beneficial but is not essential and candidate from other product lines will be considered . This person needs to be a driven dynamic new business winner that can think outside the box and will have fantastic opportunities to progress to senior positions.
