Job – Contract Sales Executive – Bathroom Products to Developers – c£60k ote

Exciting opportunity to join a long established and highly regarded manufacturer of premium bathroom products. Focussing on contract sales in and around the East Midlands and West Midlands you will target business opportunities with regional and local housing developers, independent hotels, Architects/Designers alongside growing and developing relationships with Independent Merchants and Distributors.

PACKAGE: to c£50k basic plus commission/bonus scheme, flexible company car scheme and excellent personal benefits.

COMPANY: Long established and highly regarded brand – my client manufactures a comprehensively range of quality design lead bathroom products incorporating sanitaryware, shower enclosures & screens, brassware and furniture. They supply through Retailers, Merchants and also to Housebuilders, Developers and through the A&D community – all backed up with excellent customer support and after sales service. THE JOB: This exciting new role focusses on contract sales – targeting local and regional housing developers/housebuilders, independent hotels and some A&D projects. You will focus on premium projects where thoughtful design and stylish interiors are key. You will also develop close trading relationships with Independent Merchants and Distributors on the patch.

LOCATION: This is a field sales role focussing on the East and West Midlands – typically Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Nottingham, Worcester, Northampton.

THE PERSON: You will be passionate about design, style and quality interior finishes together with experience of contract sales with housebuilders, developers or A&D. Whilst a knowledge of the bathroom market is not essential my client would like applications from candidates’ who have sold an interior finishing product.
