Global leading supplier of technical building products to installers and specialist distributors. This is a national management role monitoring and leading a team of 12 successful field sales representative across the UK.

PACKAGE: On offer is a salary of up to £60,000 plus up to 20% bonus, company car, mobile phone, laptop and 25 days plus bank holidays

JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Manager: This role will be managing a team of 12 field sales representative covering the UK targeting specialist installers and ironmongery and glass companies and fabricators. You will need to be able to manage your time to ensure you can support the team as well as be involved in strategic management meetings and growth plans. This is an established and well performing team so the role is more about maintaining the high levels of service, revenue and margins and investing in the staff to ensure they remain motivated. The company specialise in a range of technical building products and offer an excellent training scheme. These are high quality offerings and not commodities and need to be sold on features, benefits and after service support.

LOCATION: Field based covering nationally but due to the location of the head office for training purposes ideally applicants will live in the London and South East regions but open to other locations. Could include but not limited to London, Greater London, Middlesex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Kent, Essex, Surrey, West Sussex or East Sussex.

CANDIDATE: You will already be working in a management position leading a team on a regional or national basis and be from a technical construction product background. Any knowledge of specialist installers, distributors or fabricators as well as selling a high quality product on features an benefits rather than price would be an advantage. Enthusiasm and self motivation along with a great work ethic are key attributes as there are opportunities for professional for the right person.
