Job – National Sales Manager – Bathroom Products to Retail / Merchants – National – £70k OTE

A fantastic National Sales Manager opportunity – managing, motivating & directing a team of quality, experienced Area Sales Managers selling into the Bathroom Retail & Merchant sector.

THE PACKAGE: Negotiable basic salary c£60k plus good OTE, car, pension scheme, benefits etc

THE COMPANY: My client are a very well established and highly respected manufacturer of a full range of Bathroom products sold via Retail, Merchant & Contract sectors.

THE JOB: They are now looking to recruit a new National Sales Manager to head up their Retail team across all brands. They will be responsible for directly managing & motivating the field sales team selling mainly to the Bathroom Retail & Independent Merchant sector. This person will also be responsible for managing some key accounts, building strong relationships with key decision makers. They will help to devise the strategy for the business, agree yearly company budgets & individual targets and then deliver the results through the team.

THE LOCATION: This is a field based role covering the whole of the UK with the person ideally living in a central location.

THE PERSON: The right person will need a proven track record of managing a successful sales team or senior National Account Management. More important than product or sector knowledge is the ability to prove you are a modern, forward thinking manager with an appetite for change and the ability to unify a team and get them to buy in to new methods of working.
