Job – National Sales Manager – Commercial Plumbing Products to M&E – c£75k ote

Hands on management of a small technical sales team supplying specialist commercial plumbing products & pumps to the M&E sector via M&E Consultants, Contractors and Specialist Distributors. You will be actively involved with customers, projects and business strategy.

PACKAGE: Negotiable basic salary c£65k plus c£10k bonus, car or car allowance, contributory pension scheme, private medical cover and excellent other benefits.

THE JOB: As National Sales Manager you will head up a small specialist field sales and internal sales teams within the Commercial division – providing product and application solutions for commercial plumbing and pump systems. This is a hands-on management role where you will be actively involved with customers ranging from M&E Consultants, Contractors and Specialist Distributors ensuring objectives are achieved alongside business growth.

AREA: Although a national role my client is looking for someone based ideally in the south/south east of England – typically Essex, London, Middlesex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire

PERSON: You will need to be a proven sales manager with experience of successfully managing people. Technically strong you will need to understand commercial plumbing systems/pumps and their application within the M&E sector. You will obviously enjoy customer contact with a strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor activity.
