A fantastic Regional Sales Director opportunity – motivating & directing the field sales team. managing key accounts & helping to develop new strategies with Retailers & Buying Groups.

THE PACKAGE: Negotiable basic salary c£55k – £65k with OTE of £70k – £80k, car, pension scheme, benefits etc

THE COMPANY: My client are a very well respected manufacturer of Bathroom products sold via Retail, Merchant & Specification channels

THE JOB: They are now looking to recruit a new Regional Sales Director to cover the South of the UK. They will be responsible for directly managing & motivating the field sales team selling mainly to the Bathroom Retail & Independent Merchant sector. This person will also be responsible for managing some key accounts (likely the Buying Groups), building strong relationships with key decision makers. They will help to devise the strategy for the business, agree yearly company budgets & individual targets and then deliver the results through the team.

THE LOCATION: This is a field based role covering the South of the UK.

THE PERSON: The right person will need a proven track record of managing a successful sales team – Ideally from the Bathroom or KBB sector with experience of the Retail & Buying Groups / Independent Merchant Channel. However my client is prepared to consider candidates outside of this sector if they can prove they have the strength to manage the team to greater success and achieve targets.
