Job – Retail Sales Manager – Bathroom Products – North – £50k OTE

Highly respected manufacturer of premium quality bathroom products supplied to both the trade and retail sectors. On the Retail team you will be managing and developing accounts with Bathroom Showrooms and Independent Merchants across the North.

THE PACKAGE: Salary from £38k – £42k plus realistic £10k – £12k bonus, company car (hybrid or electric), mobile phone, laptop, pension etc.

THE JOB: Role will be selling a wide range of mid to high end Bathroom products into the Bathroom Showroom & Independent Merchant sector. This person will inherit a base of loyal customers who will need managing to ensure existing relationships are maintained and developed – they will also be expected to seek new accounts and establish strong new relationships.

LOCATION: North – preferably living Manchester, Liverpool, Lancashire, Merseyside, Cheshire, Derbyshire etc

THE PERSON: We are seeking a proven field sales professional – product knowledge is not important but experience selling into Retail / DIY / Merchant sector and understanding of a structured selling approach is essential. The ideal candidate will need to be a self starter and be able to manage the area effectively with minimal supervision – a real area manager.
