Job – Retail Sales Manager – KBB Products – South East – £60k-£70k OTE

Highly respected manufacturer of premium quality KBB products supplied to both the trade and retail sectors. On the Retail team you will be managing and developing accounts with KBB Showrooms and Independent Merchants across North London, Northern Home Counties & East Anglia

THE PACKAGE: Salary from £40k – £50k plus realistic £20k – £30k bonus, company car, mobile phone, laptop, pension etc.

THE JOB: Role will be selling a wide range of KBB products into the KBB Showroom & Independent Merchant sector. This person will inherit a base of loyal customers who will need managing to ensure existing relationships are maintained and developed – they will also be expected to seek new accounts and establish strong new relationships.

LOCATION: South East – ideally living North London, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Essex, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk

THE PERSON: We are seeking a real proven field sales professional – ideally with experience selling a KBB product into the Retail sector. Candidates from other product sectors sold into Retail / Merchant channel will be considered, however they will need to demonstrate a very successful track record combined with a fantastic attitude & work ethic plus an understanding of a structured selling process. The ideal candidate will need to be a self starter and be able to manage the area effectively with minimal supervision – a real area manager.
