Job – Sales Consultant – Premium Interior Products to Residential Developers – to £75k ote

Highly regarded supplier of high end premium interior products supplied to prestigious commercial and residential projects. This exciting new role is on their Residential team – Covering London and the South East you will develop business and relationships with premium Residential Developers and Housebuilders alongside a small number of residential focussed architectural practices.

PACKAGE – Negotiable basic salary dependent on experience plus attractive bonuses giving a potential ote in excess of £70k plus excellent benefits.

They boast excellent relationships built up over many years within the Architect, Design, Main Contractor and End Client community – supplying many of the UKs most prestigious commercial and residential projects. THE JOB – This is a predominantly new business focussed role where you will target carefully selected Housebuilders and Developers – although my client are extremely well known and you will also manage and further develop existing established accounts and their live sites. Typically these are high value prestigious developments throughout London and the South East.

THE LOCATION – You will be responsible or London and the South East of England.

THE PERSON – You will need to demonstrate established relationships with House Builders and Housing Developers alongside a successful track record of sales success within an interior finishing product or similar – together with a clear understanding of the construction market, tender and procurement process. Naturally personable, team player and strong presentation skills will set you apart.
