Job – Senior Estimator – High End Natural Surfaces – London/South East – c£45k

Rare opportunity to join a dynamic fast growing business supplying luxury surface finishes to the High End Residential and Office markets both in the UK & Worldwide. Your key role will be supporting the sales teams in winning business for the supply of luxury natural products in Marble, Limestone, Tile, Timber and other specialised wall and floor surfaces.

PACKAGE: c£45k basic plus negotiable package.

COMPANY: My client are a young but fast growing business who source and supply a wide range of luxury surface finishing products throughout the world. They target high end luxury projects within both the Residential and Commercial projects – typically for Bathrooms, Kitchens, Flooring, Facades and Landscaping applications in marble, limestone, ceramics, leather etc.

THE JOB: This is a key role supporting the sales team where you will provide client estimates, schedules, designs and support. You will also liaise with suppliers and have an active involvement with sourcing products from throughout the world. A commercial mindset is essential as you will need manage costs and maintain profit.

LOCATION: My client’s offices are based in South London so ideally you will be living in the South East of England within commuting distance to London.

THE PERSON: You will need to be a flexible team player and able to adapt to a fast moving and ever changing environment. Most importantly you will be experienced in estimating within the natural surface market – typically Marble, Limestone, Quartx, Onyx, Porcelain etc. Technically strong you will also be comfortable with CAD Design and be able to manage and foster key relationships with both clients and suppliers.
