Job – Specification Manager – Interior Products to A&D / Developers – to £70k OTE

Highly regarded supplier of high end premium interior products supplied to prestigious commercial and residential projects. This exciting role is on their Specification team – Covering London.

PACKAGE – Basic salary £50k-£60k + bonus scheme giving realistic OTE of £70k+ plus excellent benefits.

THE COMPANY – A true market leader in their product sector with extensive range of products my client enjoys an enviable reputation. They boast excellent relationships built up over many years within the Architect, Design, Main Contractor, Housebuilders and End Client community – supplying many of the UKs most prestigious commercial and residential projects.

THE JOB – You will target both Commercial & Residential projects dealing with Architects, Interior Designers and Housing Developers for an unrivalled range of interior finishes including flooring, tiling. mosaic and stone for both commercial and residential projects. You will likely mix your time between working from home, working out of their showroom in central London and out visiting clients in and around London.

THE LOCATION – This is a home based role covering London – the ideal person needs to live within commutable distance of central London

THE PERSON – You will need to demonstrate established relationships with key specifiers outlined above – together with a passion for design and a proven track record of sales success within interior finishing products. You will portray a clear understanding of the construction market, tender and procurement process. Naturally personable, team player and strong presentation skills will set you apart.
