Job – Technical Sales Executive – Structural Building Products – London/South East – £70k-£75k ote

Covering London and the South East targeting major projects with key Main Contractors and Developers of High Rise Residential and Commercial developments. This fast growing established company offer a comprehensive range of structural products offering technical solutions to a wide range of building facade and envelope applications.

PACKAGE:- £60k-£65k basic plus bonus, company car or car allowance plus benefits.

COMPANY:- My client manufacture and supply a comprehensive range of specialist structural building products used in today’s modern construction of high rise residential and commercial buildings. They supply to Main Contractors, major Residential Developers and a number of specialist OEMs/Manufacturers. They enjoy an excellent reputation with a comprehensive product portfolio for a wide range of applications.

THE JOB:- You will target Developers, Main Contractors & Builders who undertake major residential and commercial projects – especially high-rise. Developing relationships and offering solutions to facade/building envelope applications.

AREA:- This is a field sales role focussing on London and the adjoining Home Counties.

PERSON:- You will need to be a technically astute sales professional with knowledge of the construction procurement chain and the early stage design and value proposition. Ideally with a knowledge of building facades and current regulations you will be able to open doors, develop relationships with key customers and influence decisions.
