Specification Manager – New Build Housing – Bathroom Products – Northern England

Fantastic opportunity with a market leading manufacture of bathroom products. You will be managing and developing key relationships with national and regional house builders and developers across the North and North West of England.

PACKAGE: Basic £42k – £49k DOE plus bonus, company car, excellent contributory pension scheme plus flexible benefits.

THE JOB: This is a role on the new build Housing team where you will manage and develop accounts with a number of the UK’s largest national House Builders at regional office level, smaller regional housing developers and the contractors appointed on their behalf. You will also look for new business opportunities and develop new accounts.

AREA: Home based role covering the North and North West of England – incorporating West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, East Yorkshire, Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire, Lincolnshire and Greater Manchester.

THE PERSON: My client is very open on background or specific experience. More importantly you will be ambitious, driven and tenacious with a will to succeed. You will need a minimum of 2 years field sales experience and be able to demonstrate a successful track record to date.
