The winners of the Housebuilder Product Awards have been announced. The judges of the Housebuilder Product Awards 2019 were effusive in their praise of the winners of the nine categories, varying from Best building fabric product to Best business product.

“We are looking for products that can help housebuilders deliver the quality that the government and customers are demanding,” said the judges. “The best manufacturers have listened to what is needed and the winning products reflect this.”

ARC Building Solutions has grabbed two of the prestigious awards including the much-coveted Best brand new product accolade for its ARC TCB Intumescent which helps ensure adequate fire protection in timber frame buildings.

Other winners include Manthorpe Building Products for its Telescopic Underfloor Vent which won Best building fabric product and AEG which won Best kitchen and bathrooms product for its ComfortLift Dishwasher.

The nine winners will be celebrated at an event in London on June 13 and will become the finalists for the Product of the Year category at the Housebuilder Awards in October, where one will be selected as the best of 2019.

The winners go forward as the finalists of Product of the Year which will be revealed at The Housebuilder Awards presentation on the evening of Thursday, October 24.

EVENT – All winners will be invited to a celebratory lunch at the Grange St. Pauls Hotel in London on 13 June 2019.

WINNERS – the winner from each category will be a finalist at the Housebuilder Awards 2019, a prestigious black tie evening event attended by nearly 600 senior housebuilding professionals, on Thursday 24 October 2019 at the InterContinental London – the O2.
