Job in Focus for December – National Specification Sales Director for Bathroom products £100k OTE

Our Job in Focus for December is an amazing Specification Sales Director role – managing a team of Specification Managers developing and fostering partnerships with Housebuilders, Architects, Designers, and associated Contract Partners. £100k OTE package.

THE PACKAGE: Negotiable basic salary c£60k – £70k plus generous bonus scheme giving OTE of £100k, car, pension scheme.

THE COMPANY: My client is a very established and well recognised manufacturer of quality Bathroom products sold via Retail, Contract Merchants & Housebuilders.

THE JOB: This person will take full responsibility for running the Specification division – managing a team of Specification Managers, developing strong relationships with National & Regional Housebuilders generating specifications for the full product range and working closely with the Contractors & Contract Merchants to ensure a smooth supply chain. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come in and really stamp their mark on the contact division of this rapidly growing and highly respected company.

THE LOCATION: This is a field-based role covering the whole of the UK therefore although a central location would be helpful it is not essential

THE PERSON: Working closely with our client we are looking for candidates who will need to be able to demonstrate a tremendous track record of generating business with both National & Regional Housebuilders and strong relationships with key contacts. They will more likely have worked within a similar product sector ie Bathrooms or Kitchens, probably in a Regional or National Sales Management role within the Housebuilder channel. They will be dynamic, professional with strong relationship-building skills, and have the desire to develop their career further within a business that recognises and rewards success.
