Job in Focus for July: Sales Director for KBB Manufacturer – £90-110k + bonus

Our new Job in Focus for July is a fantastic opportunity to become Sales Director managing and developing all sales channels for our client, a high-end KBB manufacturer. The person will be responsible to develop strategic plans to achieve the company’s growth plans.  On offer is a potential £110k salary plus bonus and excellent benefits.

THE PACKAGE: Salary is likely to be £90k to £110k plus bonus, company car, mobile phone, laptop, pension, healthcare, etc.

THE COMPANY: Fantastic opportunity to join a market leading brand and ambitious company who produce a high-quality range of Bathroom products. A chance to further develop their growing reputation via all channel sectors including Specification, Contracts, Retail and Export.

THE JOB: Taking full responsibility for all sales channels including managing separate Head of Sales for each sector, this person will be expected to produce structured & strategic business plans to ensure the company delivers on the next stage of their growth plan. Ultimately responsible for total company turnover via all channels, this person will work closely with other key internal contacts including Marketing, Logistics, After Sales, etc. They will need to split their time between managing the sales teams, spending time at head office on commercial & management responsibilities as well as being a visible face & voice to the key customers and building relationships at social activities.

THE PERSON: The successful candidate must be a proven Sales Director who can demonstrate the ability to produce commercially strong & strategic business plans, present at board level & deliver the results. They must also have the strength of character and gravitas to gain the respect of the existing sales management team and the personality to build strong relationships with key customers.
