COMPANY: A true market leading manufacturer who operates throughout the world supplying plumbing and bathroom products to the domestic and commercial markets. Their successful UK operation supplies through the best known national plumbers merchants, Independent Merchants, Retailers, and online platforms. They are extremely well respected for the quality of their products and after-sales service.
THE JOB: This is a newly created role managing some of their biggest and most valuable national merchant customers – typically The TP Group, City Plumbing, Screwfix ad Wolseley. You will manage a small national team and take a highly strategic approach at both Director and Procurement level. Analysing regional/branch sales & trends whilst working closely with the accounts to maximise product offering, range expansion, and profitable returns. This is a true partnership between supplier and customer.
AREA: National role covering the whole of the UK requiring extensive UK travel and potentially some overnight stays.
PERSON: You will need to be a proven business professional with a strategic analytical approach. A successful track record of successfully managing key national accounts within these Merchant Groups together with exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
