Exciting opportunity to manage, develop and grow E-commerce sales for this established manufacturer of plumbing and bathroom products. Offering flexible hybrid working you will take ownership of business growth with major online retail platforms and key national trade accounts.

PACKAGE – to£65k basic, attractive bonus scheme, car allowance, contributory pension scheme, flexible hybrid working.

COMPANY – Innovative global manufacturer and supplier of plumbing and bathroom products serving both the trade and retail customers via Merchants, Specification, Installer, DIY and online. Their E-commerce sales have grown significantly and they are continuing to adapt and evolve to their changing customer habits.

THE JOB – To manage and further develop their growing E-commerce business. Focussing on key online retail platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Wayfair etc together with key Trade accounts with strong E-commerce models such as Screwfix, Toolstation etc. Working collaboratively across all departments to develop strategy for growth and new business opportunities.

LOCATION – Flexible hybrid working requiring just one day a week in the office.

PERSON – You will need to demonstrate a successful track record within E-commerce sales and with these key online platforms – specifically Amazon and eBay. You will be strategic in your approach and a collaborative team player – able to work closely with other members of the sales team. Self-motivated, analytical and exceptionally well-organised you will strive for continuous improvement.
