THE JOB: National Sales Manager: You manage the Contracts Sales Division via a team of 5 Regional Sales Managers and be tasked with delivering a sustainable and profitable sales growth for the company within the Specification, Contractor and Housebuilder sector. You will be looked upon for motivational leadership and direction with key commercial priorities. Additionally, effective communication will form an essential aspect of this role, to aid engagement with your team along with other key internal and external stakeholders.
LOCATION: Field based covering the whole of the UK
THE PERSON: We are seeking a financially astute and engaging leader with proven sales management success at a senior level working as either an RSM or NSM within the Specification, Contract or Housebuilder sectors. Furthermore, a successful track record in successfully leading large teams who have delivered sustainable profitable growth is essential. Any knowledge of paint, chemicals or coatings would be helpful but is not essential as the client will look at other building product backgrounds.
