You will target Developers, Main Contractors and builders who undertake major residential and commercial projects – especially high-rise. Developing relationships and offering solutions to facade/building envelope applications.

PACKAGE: £60k-£65k basic plus bonus, company car or car allowance plus benefits.

COMPANY:– My client manufactures and supplies a comprehensive range of specialist structural building products used in today’s modern construction of high-rise residential and commercial buildings. They supply to Main Contractors, major Residential Developers and a number of specialist OEMs/Manufacturers. They enjoy an excellent reputation with a comprehensive product portfolio for a wide range of applications.

THE JOB: You will target Developers, Main Contractors and builders who undertake major residential and commercial projects – especially high-rise. Developing relationships and offering solutions to facade/building envelope applications.

AREA: This is a field sales role focussing on London and the adjoining Home Counties.

PERSON: You will need to be a technically astute sales professional with knowledge of the construction procurement chain and the early-stage design and value proposition. Ideally, with a knowledge of building facades and current regulations, you will be able to open doors, develop relationships with key customers and influence decisions.
