An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business with a strong brand profile within the Home Improvement sector. As Regional Manager you will directly manage two BDMs acting as the link between franchisees and Head Office offering sales support and ensuring they are operating in the appropriate manner.

PACKAGE: £60k – £65k basic plus OTE, company car or car allowance and excellent benefits.

COMPANY: My client is a highly recognised and established market leader in the kitchen makeover/refurbishment industry with a network of c.100 franchisees across the UK. The Company is multi-award winning, and highly respected within the franchisee industry. The company is a values-guided world leader of franchise brands focused on repairing, maintaining and enhancing customer’s homes and businesses.

THE JOB: As a Regional Manager, you will directly manage 2 Business Development Managers supporting a significant area with over 40 stores and acting as the link between franchisees and Head Office to ensure all they are operating their businesses in the appropriate manner.

The main duties include supporting the continued growth and business development of both the franchisee and the franchise network, managing the two BDMs and assisting in the day-to-day business development and management of the franchisee. Including monitoring KPIs and reports and ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports and information to the wider business. Key features of the role include; managing, supporting, motivating and coaching the Franchisees within your area.

AREA: This is a field-based role managing c40 franchise branches in the North, North West and North East of England.

PERSON: We are looking for a consummate professional manager who has a successful track record of managing multiple outlets and with strong sales and business development skills together with good analytical and marketing skills. You would ideally have a background in Kitchens or other relatable home improvement products sold to the domestic market.
