Job – Area Specification Manager – Bathroom Products to Housebuilders – £60k ote

Fantastic opportunity with a market leading manufacture of bathroom products. You will be managing and developing key relationships with national and regional house builders and developers across East Anglia and the South East of England.

PACKAGE: Basic £45k – £52k DOE plus bonus, company car, excellent contributory pension scheme plus flexible benefits.

THE JOB: This is a role on the new build Housing team where you will manage and develop accounts with a number of the UK’s largest national House Builders at regional office level, smaller regional housing developers and the contractors appointed on their behalf. You will also look for new business opportunities and develop new accounts.

AREA: Home based role covering East Anglia and the South East of England including Essex, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, London, Kent East Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey.

THE PERSON: You will be ambitious, driven and tenacious with a will to succeed. You will need a minimum of 2 years field sales experience dealing with the new build housing sector and be able to demonstrate a successful track record to date.
