Job – National Sales Manager – Plumbing Products to Installers & Merchants – c£75k OTE

Fantastic opportunity to develop and manage a sales team for this dynamic business supplying the Independent Merchant sector. If you have management experience with a strong track record of back selling/demand creation with Installers and contractors within the Heating and Plumbing product sector then this could be the role you have been seeking.

PACKAGE:- Basic Salary around £60k- £65k basic plus bonus, company car or car allowance, excellent benefits etc

COMPANY:- My client are a long established, fast growing and innovative supplier of heating / lightside products sold predominantly through the Independent Merchant & Buying Group channel. Part of a dynamic multi million turnover group they boast well recognised brands within the industry. They are looking to develop this specific division of their portfolio and further develop their relationships with Installers and the Independent Merchant & Buying Groups.

THE JOB:- This is an exciting new opportunity where your input will shape the sales strategy. You will look to grow and develop key Installer/Contractor relationships to generate the demand to grow relationships within the Independent Merchant sector typically through the major Buying Groups. Working closely with the Sales Director you will aim to establish new trading agreements for an established and proven range of products and quickly start to add to the existing sales team across the UK.

LOCATION:- This is a national role covering the UK but you should ideally be living South of Birmingham.

PERSON:- Most importantly you will be able to grow and develop key Installer/Contractor relationships within the Heating or Plumbing sectors. You will use that demand to open doors within the Independent Merchants & Buying Groups across the Heating & Plumbing sectors – a strong knowledge of the Heating / Plumbing market is essential. Career minded and ambitious you will be excited with the prospect of managing your own sales team and getting in at the start of an exciting new venture. We are looking for an experienced National / Regional Sales Manager or National Account Manager.
