Job – Sales Manager – Bathroom Retailer – SW London – c£70k ote

Great opportunity to join a long established and very successful bathroom retailer based in South West London. You will manage and mentor a 7 strong internal sales/design team selling some of the best known brands to customers in London and the South East.

PACKAGE: c£45k basic plus commission/bonus giving realistic & unlimited ote of c£70k plus, contributory pension, 25 days holiday, laptop, mobile, EAP scheme.

COMPANY: My client is a long established, well respected and very successful bathroom retailer. They have a large showroom based in South West London as well as a strong online presence. They supply a vast range of bathroom products from some of the best known brands within the industry and across all price points. Baths, Shower Enclosures & Screens, Brassware, basins, WCs, furniture, lighting, plumbing and tiles. They aim to provide a one stop shop for all bathroom needs from budget to premium.

THE JOB: The Sales Manager will take full responsibility for all retail sales. Showroom based you will manage and mentor a team of 7 experienced sales people, maximising opportunities whilst increasing sales and improving margin. Working closely with the team you will guide, encourage and ultimately improve their performance.

LOCATION: You will be based in their retail showroom in South West London.

PERSON: You will be an experienced sales manager or showroom manager within the bathrooms/kbb sector. Flexible in your approach you will need to command immediate respect with an encouraging style of management and a strong team ethos. A close eye for figures and driven to achieve and exceed both team and individual targets.
