Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic market-leading bathroom supplier working with some of the best-known brands within the industry. You will manage an already exciting product portfolio whilst identifying and sourcing new products to continually increase and develop market share.

COMPANY: My client is a highly regarded market-leading supplier of bathroom products supplying ceramics, brassware, showering and furniture to both the contract specification and merchant/retail sectors. They are renowned for continual product innovation as well as a fantastic company to work for.
THE JOB: Category management of specific product groups across multiple brands. You will develop and execute strategies to drive sales, increase profit and enhance customer satisfaction together with market research, observing trends and working closely with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing and operations. You will also manage the existing product portfolio together with sourcing new products across all commercial channels.
LOCATION: Our client operates a flexible hybrid working scheme – typically 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home. You will need to Live in the South East or London area.
PERSON: You will need to demonstrate a successful career to date in Category Management, Senior Product Management or Purchasing with an in-depth knowledge of the bathroom products sector. There are two roles available across specific product groups. You will need strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a strong team environment.
