PACKAGE: Negotiable basic salary likely to be c£85k (neg) with OTE of £100k – £110k, quality car, pension scheme, benefits, etc.
COMPANY: My client is a very well-established and highly respected manufacturer of a range of Bathroom products sold via Project, Trade & Retail channels.
THE JOB: They are now looking to recruit an experienced Sales Director / Head of Sales to head up their teams covering all channels. This person will be responsible for directly managing & motivating the field sales team selling mainly into the Project & Hospitality sector but will be involved in all channels. The role will require someone to be both “hands-on” with the sales team & customers but also be a strong strategic man manager. They will help to devise the strategy and direction for the business, agree on yearly company budgets & individual targets and deliver the results through the team.
AREA: This is a field-based role covering the whole of the UK with the person ideally living in regular commutable distance of London to make use of their central London showroom.
PERSON: We are looking for an experienced, proactive Sales Director / Head of Sales from the Bathroom industry with a strong, successful track record managing & leading teams selling predominantly into the Project & Specification sector. They must be well connected within the Bathroom industry and possess the gravitas to command respect, both internally and externally.
