THE PACKAGE: Negotiable basic salary likely to be around £45k – £55k, plus fantastic bonus scheme giving £60k – £70k OTE, car/car allowance plus negotiable benefits package
THE COMPANY: My client is a dynamic, emerging supplier of a vast range of luxury interior & exterior products embarking on the next stage of their development plan.
THE JOB: This person will be tasked to increase the specification pipeline and revenue stream by gaining specifications for a vast range of products including Stone, Ceramics, Porcelain, Solid Surfaces, Timber, Marble, Granite for entire project applications (inside & outside) – they will be dealing with A&D / Luxury Builders / Developers on Hospitality & Hotel projects plus High-End Residential. As the business grows there will be an opportunity to take on additional responsibility and move into a Sales Manager / Sales Director or MD role in the future.
THE LOCATION: This is a field-based role covering the whole of the UK – however, this person will need to spend the majority of their time in London and the South East including Hertfordshire, Essex, Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Middlesex, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, etc with good access to London.
THE PERSON: Professional, articulate, and with a flair for design, this person will be able to demonstrate proven specification sales experience with excellent contacts in the London A&D community and a closely related product sector. They must be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment and be able to show these qualities themselves.
