Exciting senior management opportunity with this dynamic fast growing bathroom brand. Taking ownership of sales, product design and selection, pricing, marketing, and new product launches whilst managing key relationships with Independent Merchants, Buying Groups and Housing Developers.

PACKAGE: up to c£100k basic plus bonus, car or car allowance together with excellent benefits.

THE COMPANY: Are a dynamic fast moving business enjoying exceptional growth within this competitive sector. They supply a comprehensive and varied range of bathroom products supplied to both the Merchant and Retail Showroom sectors where they have developed significant market share.

THE JOB: Due to continued growth my client is looking to further develop both their product offering and market channels. You will take ownership of an exciting product portfolio together with a sizeable sales team. Your focus will be developing new and existing relationships with key Independent Merchants, Buying Groups and House Developers. You will also hold a key influence in product design, product selection, pricing, marketing, and PR.

THE PERSON: Ambitious and career minded – you will already be an experienced and successful senior manager within the KBB sector and experience of supplying a similar customer base. Strongly sales focussed but also with wider reaching commercial experience in the areas of marketing, product development, product launch, PR etc you will need to demonstrate your ability to produce strategic business plans together with delivering the results. Progression to MD awaits the right candidate.

LOCATION: Head office is in the north of England. You will have responsibility for the national sales team across the whole of the UK. Flexibility and the ability to travel is essential. Ideally, candidates should reside close to the major motorway networks. Typically Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Nottingham, Sheffield, Derby, Birmingham, Northampton, Oxford, London, Cambridge, Reading.
