Job – Field Sales Executive – Ventilation & Air Movement to Social Housing – South West – £57k ote

An exciting opportunity to be part of a team of ventilation experts solving condensation problems within residential applications with local councils and housing associations across the south west of England.

PACKAGE: £45k – £47k basic plus bonus, hybrid car or car allowance, pension and benefits.

COMPANY: My client are a long established multi national business and well recognised brand within the domestic ventilation and air movement sector. With an extensive range of innovative new products they are actively developing new market sectors especially within the social housing reactive maintenance departments

THE JOB: This is an exciting new opportunity to develop new business opportunities within local councils and housing associations. Your key focus will be their reactive maintenance departments where you will look to offer ventilation solutions for housing suffering from mould and condensation. Through survey and inspection you will be offering supply and fit solutions.

AREA: This is a field sales role covering the South West of England – Bristol, Swindon, Gloucester, Somerset, Wiltshire.

THE PERSON: This is a very specific requirement hence candidates should have experience selling product or services to Local Authorities and Housing Associations specifically with their reactive maintenance teams. You could potentially come from a Bathroom, Kitchen replacement business or fire solutions if not from ventilation background and have experience conducting property surveys.
