Focusing on project sales in the thriving Manchester A&D community you will target exciting projects in hospitality, hotels, leisure, office, and high-end residential.

PACKAGE: To £55k basic plus generous bonus giving realistic OTE of £70k plus, flexible company car scheme and excellent personal benefits.

COMPANY: Synonymous with quality and cutting edge design – my client manufactures a beautiful range of premium bathroom products incorporating sanitaryware, shower enclosures & screens, brassware, and furniture. They supply through Retailers, Merchants, and also to Housebuilders, Developers, and through the A&D community – all backed up with excellent customer support and after-sales service. THE JOB: This exciting new role focuses on project sales in the vibrant Manchester A&D community. You will benefit from the resource of Manchester’s Surface Design Centre and look to secure specifications for both new build and renovation projects within hospitality, leisure, office, and high-end residential. Developing strong relationships with the Manchester design community including Architects, Interior Designers, Hotel Groups, and High-End Developers.

LOCATION: This is a sales role focussing on the North West of England. You will need to be within daily commutable distance of Manchester.

THE PERSON: You will be passionate about design and interiors together with experience in specification sales within the Manchester A&D community. A good communicator you will enjoy the social aspects of such a role and thrive in such a vibrant community.
