Job – Business Development Manager – Premium Kitchens to Retail Showrooms

Premium supplier of high quality fitted kitchens both traditional and contemporary sold via the Independent Kitchen Retailer. Combining a mixture of existing account management and new business development you will work closely with your accounts to grow sales across East Anglia and the Home Counties.

PACKAGE: To c£45k basic plus bonus, company car and benefits.

COMPANY: My client manufacture and supply beautifully crafted high quality fitted kitchens. They offer a comprehensive range of both traditional and contemporary designs boasting the highest levels of craftsmanship. They supply through carefully selected independent kitchen retail showrooms throughout the UK.

THE JOB: The role combines a mix of both existing account management alongside new business development. You will work closely with existing accounts and their sales/design teams, expanding displays and offering promotional sales support. You will also identify potential new accounts and business opportunities through both cold calling and marketing support.

AREA: This is a field sales role covering East Anglia and the Home Counties. Northamptonshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and North London.

PERSON: You will need to be experienced in the kitchen sector with a consultative approach and a real understanding of the premium sector. Capable of presenting to key decision makers combined with a collaborative approach and a real understanding of the independent kitchen retailers needs and challenges. You will naturally excel at both account management together with the on boarding of new retail showrooms and maximising displays.
