EMPLOYER: Our client is a well established manufacturer of waterproofing, surfacing and protection systems, with a well established reputation in this sector.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Business Development Manager - Fantastic opportunity for someone to take ownership of the Midlands patch. This person will be tasked with marketing a full range of liquid applied roofing products for the commercial sector. Selling to Architects, Private Sector Clients, Local Authorities and Design & Build Contractors. This is a specification led role, investing the majority of time generating demand and specification and the remainder of time is spent tracking and managing projects through to completion.

LOCATION: Midlands - West Midlands, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

CANDIDATE: We are seeking a high quality candidate with experience selling an exterior/ building envelope product into the technical specification environment. Ideally you will have experience within the flat roofing or waterproofing market but client is open to candidates who have a strong specification understanding..
